TDZK

mmorpg game picture Take command of your own starship and join thousands of other players struggling to survive against each other. Form alliances to compete, trade for vast sums of wealth, design and customize ships with untold amounts of flexibility, and engage in intense battles in this real-time online space game. The Age of Exploration promised great wealth and power to those who braved the space lanes and sought their riches amongst the distant stars. It is a dangerous place, however. Pirates and rebels stalk the Outer Rim, and hostile aliens encroach from the fringes of known space. The Federation of Races cannot protect all of the fledgling colonies, and lawlessness runs rampant out beyond the military fortresses of the Inner Core.

MMORPG Data

In TDZK we move around a lot to trade or to look who is in the other port. The actual movement is done by clicking the movement buttons on the navigation panel in the top left of the screen. Another way to move is by clicking the sector numbers outside of ports. These sector numbers are located on the right middle part of the screen.

In TDZK you use 1 turn to move 1 sector. You also use 1 turn for docking and undocking from ports or planets . You can think of planets as player-owned ports for now. When leaving a system you go through a node that will cost you 5 turns. And if you use a jumpdrive which can be bought at some stations (see the stationlist ) you will use 10 turns. Attacking another player will cost 4 turns per combat round while attacking someone's sector forces will use 3 of your turns per combat round. Picking up cargo or items costs a few turns that depends on your gather equation, items are always picked up one at a time for 1 turn each.

Seeing other ships in TDZK will depend on visibility , in ports or on planets you will always see all ships regardless of level or cloaking devices. When you are in an alliance you will always see your wingmates and allies if they are in the same sector as you. Most of the time, your visibility will be decided by a visibility equation , this means that it is possible that you will not see your enemies. That can also means you won't see hunters that are trying to destroy you. Whether or not you see other pilots outside in space will depend mostly on the number of scout drones you have. It's a percentage which means you might see an enemy one refresh and not the other.
