Neocron 2

Neocron is a good mmorpg, and one of the earliest cypberpunk one at that... nice gear, good pvp, huge zoned areas, vehicles you can drive from atv to hover cycles, implants, close range and long range classes, as well as cyberpace computer hacking. Neocron has a lot content. But its not easy to find it since nc isnt a everydays mmog like EQ, wow, SWG or vanguard. The main issue I had with Neocron is the syncing issue when you changed areas. I would have to quit 50% of the time just to get unstuck while changing areas.

The thing with Neocron was that it was tough, things could easily wipe you out bad if you weren't paying attention, players could gank you, you could get your stuff stolen, or your expensive vehicles blown to pieces, or your weapons break, or you could simply suck at keeping with the really fast paced combat.It catered to the hardcore gamers that loved a challenge and loved being on the edge of your seat when you played. Neocron is pretty much dead compared to other games although i hear the international release is going to magically save it and get loads of new people in.

After a very tedious method of registration I played the game and loved it.  I liked that this MMORPG has Cyberpunk elements.  The only thing people might not like would be that the graphics are a bit dated, as they remind me a little bit of Half-life.  However, because it's an FPS MMORPG, and is both class and skill-based charactar progression, and also the fast pvp gaming, as well as a huge world for pve lovers, I think this game has a broad appeal to mass market.
