Fall of Rome

mmorpg game picture Each kingdom in Fall of Rome is unique and faces different challenges and opportunities. For example, the Huns feature blazing fast horse archers, great in the plains but poor attacking fortified towns and cities or in restrictive terrain. The clever player will form a strategy to accentuate his kingdom's strengths, while being flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances brought about each turn by his eleven rivals. Fall of Rome offers the best virtues of the greatest previous online multiplayer games and brings forward new dimensions for strategy games while providing its players unprecedented convenience, ease of play and plenty of role playing game feel.

This MMORPG feature more than 60 distinctly powerful and important military, political, economic, and covert missions for you to choose from and issue to your characters and armies. Opposing you are eleven adult opponents, each bent on dreams of glory. You'll send messages easily to many of your rivals and allies through the in-game messaging system. You will strategize and sometimes agonize on the tough choices and finally issue more than a dozen commands each turn that you deem most critical at that time. Issuing commands in our strategy games is a snap with our intuitive interface; the exquisitely devilish part is choosing which commands of all those available you will issue, guided by your strategy, alliances, and the ever-shifting game developments each new turn brings.

Each turn provides 72 hours for you and your opponents to independently choose when to play. When the 72 hour turn cycle expires, all commands from all players are processed at the same time, the game map and all situations are updated, and the next turn begins, with a fresh 72 hours to continue the march toward hoped for, fought for, victory.

Each kingdom has one character who is King. Each king is an historic figure and is profiled in the Kingdoms page of this site. The King is the most important character in this online rpg because he is the only character capable of executing a set of commands reserved for the king only, such as improving the popular reaction of the people of a region toward the kingdom. Additionally, Rulership and Influence, the primary indicator of the power of a kingdom's nobles, is dependent on the king himself. If the King is slain, the highest-ranking noble becomes the new king. In this online rpg , the King is also a Leader, and in each kingdom begins with the rank of Marshal. All in all, the king is the primary figure through which players in our online rpg will role play their in-game persona.
