You are about to be immersed in the wonderful, dark world of Faction Earth. The Faction Earth world takes place 125 years in the future. Massive corporations now run the world, and ancient Egyptian religion and magic found under the pyramids are commonly practiced. Genetic cloning has produced new races and creatures which inhabit the earth, and corporations, rival factions, gangs, and religious sects battle for control of the streets and people's minds.
Faction Earth is a massive multi-player online role playing game. This means you need to be connected to the Internet to play. Once you enter the world, you will be able to interact with hundreds or thousands of other players from all over the world. You will be able to make friends and enemies, join factions (teams), go on missions, improve your character over time, hunt creatures, build your own business buying and selling in-game items, or whatever else your heart desires (within the realm of the game).
The game is open-ended and does not follow any line, but missions are available when they are presented to you by Non-Playing Characters (NPCs) . You can do whatever mission you want or you can just stand around and chat! There are many character classes, races, and skills. For example, if you want to be street fighter and hunt Mutants in the sewers you can do it. On the other hand, if you want to be a cook and just bake food to sell to other players, you can do that as well. The options and choices are endless.
